We are told that
Around 250 runners took part in the San Fulgencio run on Sunday, which saw them leave the urbanisation of La Marina for a 10 kilometre run.
Two laps, over ground of varying degrees of difficulty, saw the runners challenged to the finish, where the winners received gifts that had been donated by the local sports department.
It was a shame that the organisers never put better details up here prior to the event. Only hint prior that I spied were the yellow arrows in the road.
It is such a shame that events like this are not given much prior notice. Jeff why do you not get your person on the IT side to post up here forthcoming events. IT IS FREE.
It took us about 2 hours to do our shopping and try and get to a few places on the urb - Supa Value included. I had to do a 3-point turn in the car on 4 separate occasions - like many other people I'm sure, as the police had not given any indication that when you turned into many of the roads, you could not get out at the other end - a blooming nightmare !!
